Most of the upgrades this month deal with Custom Data Points.  

Upgrades to the CDP tool include:

• Apply the same CDP to multiple objects: Credits, Utilizations and/or Legal Entities

• Apply the same CDP drop-down menu in multiple places within an object: Credits, Utilizations and/or Legal Entities

The new functionality serves the purpose of using single or multiple CDPs in many ways.  For example, let’s say you created a CDP (drop-down) called “Business Unit”. You can attach this CDP at the Credit Level  to designate a business unit associated with a single credit. Now, you can now also place the same “Business Unit” CDP at a Utilization to track/allocate to business units on a single or multiple monetization tranche.  Further, you may have for example, created a CDP (text field) called “Project Manager” to track whom in your organization is leading an effort. Now, you can place this CDP multiple times and populate many colleagues in this data field.
