Hi everybody, Incentify’s CTO, Nick, here to talk briefly about the latest product updates. We’ve just gone live with all of this and if you have any questions about their use or any other functionality, just drop us a line here at development@getincentify.com.

  • New Feature to Manage Location-Based “Sites”

  • Upgrade to “Legal Entity” Management

  • Upgrade to “Heat Maps” Tool

  • Improved UI on “Snapshot”

  • Upgrade to “Utilization” Tool

  • Upgrade to “Variance” Tracking

Site Management

The new “Site” tool enables you to create a library of specific location-based “Sites” to track project details down to a street address, if needed - so that you can “tag” a “Site” to a credit as well as to a utilization and/or specific utilization tranche(s). This feature adds yet another layer of specificity to both the tracking/managing process as well as to the monetization process, and of course “Sites” will now be a data point available in “Reports” as well as in all “Filters.”

Variance Tracking

We have significantly upgraded the existing Variance Tracking tool - which previously only recorded variance changes to the incentive “face value”, and which required users to “turn on” from the default setting of “off”.  With this powerful upgrade, users can now track variances relating to:

  • Initial Incentive Estimate to Current Incentive Estimate (face value)

  • Record the “Cause for Change” (configurable/customizable description)

  • Variance of Monetization/Utilization Estimates to Actuals (monetary values)

  • Variance of Monetization/Utilization Estimates to Actuals (date values)

  • Measure Gain/Loss (of Estimates to Actuals) attributed to Face Value (e.g. spend/qualified expenditures)

  • Measure Gain/Loss (of Estimates to Actuals) attributed to FX Rate changes

  • New Module in the Reports Tool dedicated to Variance (3 new templates, which can be further customized) at the “Account” level

  • Updated and enhanced detailed Variance Reports at the “Credit/Incentive” level

  • New “Variance Tracking” addition to the Analytics module (displaying variances across your entire portfolio)
