The impact of legislation on the renewable energy industry - and solar power in particular - are much ballyhooed, but really what we are talking about here is transcending the effects of political administrative change and solidifying the role of C&I in winning the climate change war (a rather big one for us to win, after all) through the use of progressive policy. Not only is it critical to expand and maintain ITC but also PTC as we should be looking to tether C&I monetary value to achievements and milestones. As a whole, energy credits are a fascinating and integral part of C&I not on the local or even national levels, but really the global and generational ones.
